The credit should be laid firmly with the learners, the foreman/supervisors and Engineers here on site, but most of all to Assessors for pushing these young men to achieve what they have done in such a short period of time. Re-skilling and up-skilling

TTE are experienced in working with blue chip companies to re-skill non-industrial technicians to meet the needs of the oil & gas, petrochemical, wider engineering and manufacturing sectors.

In conjunction with our industrial partners, we deliver a number of focused re-skilling programmes. Utilising the ECITB training modules together with TTE’s workshop pilot plants, re-skilling/up-skilling programmes have been developed for ex-armed forces personnel with technical backgrounds.

8-week programmes include:

  • ECITB – Maintaining Engineering Construction Plant and Systems – Instrument and Controls
  • ECITB – Maintaining Engineering Construction Plant and Systems – Electrical
  • ECITB – Maintaining Engineering Construction Plant and Systems – Mechanical
  • ECITB – Process

In-scope ECITB Members have the added advantage of being able to access funding for the units delivered.

Additionally, we offer a range of courses including (but not limited to):

To develop the skills required, we offer a number of training options for the purposes of re-skilling. These can include blended learning, tutorial support, evening classes and training on customer sites to meet customer needs and time frames.
